Welcome to part 2 of Meditation Demystified. This four-part video series aims to provide a clear understanding of what meditation is and what it isn't. I hope it will inspire and motivate you to begin or restart your meditation practice. Over the next few weeks, I will continue to publish this series to my subscribers here on Substack.

Part 2 examines the different phases of a meditation practice. A discernible pattern exists in how an individual's practice unfolds, although each session can vary in appearance and sensation. We will start with a brief centering exercise, followed by a review of each stage of the practice. Part 2 concludes with a guided breath awareness meditation.
