Please enjoy the recorded meditation practice for March, designed to help you become more connected with your body this month. In March, I always feel inspired to focus on deepening my connection with my body and how it responds to the gradual shift from Winter to Spring. While the increasing light of the sun starts to warm and rejuvenate the natural world, the energy of March encourages us to cultivate a sense of balance in our mind, body, and spirit - mirroring the equilibrium of light and darkness during the Spring Equinox.
Recorded live on Monday, March 4, 2024, this body scan guided meditation aims to bring awareness to our physical body by inviting a sense of warmth and softening to different parts of the body as they come into focus. Body scan practices encourage us to observe and embrace physical sensations as they arise, fostering self-awareness and acceptance, which can contribute to improved emotional regulation. Each session draws inspiration from the current moon phase and astrological signs, with today featuring the new moon phase in Aries. The new moon phase commenced yesterday in the sign of Pisces.
