New Moon/Total Solar Eclipse in Aries ๐ ๐
Sun in Aries โ
New Moon greetings, dear Friends. Thank you for meeting me here and for your ongoing supportโฃ๏ธย
It's eclipse season, and Mercury is retrograde. Iโm approaching these events in a way that resonates with me personally and I encourage you to do the same. Iโm sensing shifts occurring beneath the surface of my awareness.
Today marks the total solar north node eclipse in Aries, and I live in the path of totality. Having witnessed eclipses in the past, I remember using a shoebox with a pinhole as a child to observe the sun during an eclipse safely. I have a vivid memory from my school days, possibly in 2nd or 3rd grade when we all gathered on the playground to witness an eclipse together. The moment was filled with mystery and excitement, a welcome change from the usual boring classroom routine.
In 2017, there was a partial eclipse, and I fondly recall walking with my son home from school, marveling at the eclipse shadows on the sidewalk. Reflecting back, I wish I could have told my younger self that moon cycles would play a significant role in my life's journey.ย
Today's eclipse feels more intense. I'm more connected to the natural world and the sun and moon cycles. Currently, I'm following my intuition in approaching this eclipse. My intuition advises me to avoid crowds, to be still, observe, watch, and listen. This moment feels auspicious. I sense there is something to learn that was hidden from my consciousness.
I'm curious to observe how the natural world responds to the darkness in the middle of the afternoon and how I react to it. The world feels incredibly volatile, unstable, and unpredictable right now, with humanity and the health of our planet suffering. I wonder about the impact this eclipse season will have on the collective. My hope is for a shift towards healing ourselves and our planet through a unified global initiative. Otherwise, I'm uncertain about the future of my son and his Generation Z peers.
Numerous festivities and eclipse watch parties are happening throughout my city and my neighborhood. I plan to relax and quietly observe from the comfort of my backyard hammock and join friends and neighbors once the eclipse is done. I hope to share more about my eclipse experience in the next post.
Be well. Take care and open your heart to the wisdom of this moment.
With love + blessings,
Jennifer ๐ซ๐๐ซ

CAN YOU HELP ME MEET MY GOAL?
I aim to find 1000 people interested in subscribing to this work at a rate of $55 per year. This demonstrates our belief as creatives that artists and writers can and should earn a living wage and shows the world that we value their contributions. I support the creative community by allocating at least 5% of my income to support other artists, writers, makers, creatives, performers, etc. I will keep at least $2750 within the creative community if I achieve my goal. Additionally, I make every effort to continuously encourage, support, share, and promote the work of others.
$55 per year seems like a lot, but it works out to around $1 weekly.
