Thank you for meeting me here. I’m excited to share the recording of day 6 of the Heart of Spring 7-day Meditation Journey.
Today's guided meditation is a body scan practice of the energy centers. Body scan practices encourage us to observe and embrace physical sensations as they emerge. Engaging in embodied practices can enhance self-awareness and acceptance and may contribute to improved emotional regulation. We conclude the practice with a gratitude offering, a short reading about Prana, and a few questions to contemplate throughout the day.
